"For the price, this was a great place to stay. We didn't have any problems. The reservation process was seamless. The check-in was quick and the staff was most accommodating when we asked for extra towels. I loved that the room was on the first floor and we did not have to deal with the elevators. The room was clean and a good size. The room is handicap accessible, but my 6'3" husband didn't have a problem with the shorter items in the room. Holiday Inn Washington Capitol - Natl Mall by IHG

"I was there for the museums so mostly out until I came back to rest. Overall the room is clean and comfy. Great location, easy access to and from highway and walking distance to and from museums and subway station. Some quick bite restaurants and parking garage are right at the block. The restaurant at the hotel is very good too. I will come back to this hotel myself."
