The building is older and there are some signs of gentle wear and tear, but Jin made a great effort to make it comfortable, and it provides excellent value given the price, location, and amount of space for our family of 4. "The staff were exceptionally helpful and generous—better than some five-star hotels we’ve stayed at.
We were upgraded and accommodated in three adjoining rooms, which was impressive given it’s a medium-scale hotel and not an easy arrangement to make.
The housekeeping team noticed we frequently used the in-room coffee and water, and kindly replenished extra without being asked. We usually ask for an extra tissue box for the bathroom. The housekeepers were thoughtful enough to refill it for us proactively. The concierge and receptionist were equally considerate—helping with our luggage, calling taxis, and even handing us umbrellas and bottled water so we could head out and enjoy the day."
