Perfect location across the street from the Berchem train station and tram stop and adjacent to a super market. A rather upscale property for the Park Inn brand. A new hotel with a bright, spacious, and welcoming lobby and terrace. The staff is incredible! Very customer focused and genuinely enthusiastic to help make your stay a pleasant one. Beautiful, well-maintained & unique property with an exceptionally friendly staff. Very walkable location within the city with public transport outside the door. One of my favorite stays.

This condo/kichenette was lovely. It had a heated drying rack in the bathroom, nice kitchen, and was roomy and very comfortable. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station which was great, but much longer walk to the main part of town. That would be the only downside if you don't want to walk quite a bit.

Check in at midnight and it was excellent, I don’t remember the name of the FD agent, but he was awesome! Breakfast absolutely delicious and everything was so fresh. And staff at FD were so helpful with any questions I had. If I would come back to Brussels would live to stay there again.

I would like to mention the front desk agent name Nasim and Visalia the bellman ( I’m not exactly sure of the spelling so sorry) they were both so helpful and really helped me to make sure my stay was a great experience.

Everything about this property is wonderful: the cleanliness, the customer service, and the location. A special and well-deserved honorable mention goes to the manager, Onofre, who showed us an incredibly thoughtful gesture and provided us with such personal attention. Thank you!
