"Bed and bathroom were clean - I'm thankful for that. Floor was dirty, but I wear shoes so I dealt with that. But the property could've been safer. The windows in my first floor room opened and would not lock, so I had to sleep unprotected right next to the parking lot with all the construction trucks. I asked the front desk clerk who said they 'shouldn't open', but I had already slid them open myself. I'm a female traveling alone and shouldn't have been placed in the first room next to the side entrance door, but I booked late and maybe they were full. For that reason, I didn't press the issue, plus I didn't need maintenance coming and being aware that I was vulnerable. Desk lady didn't seem too concerned. That side door also was not locked at 1030 p.m. when I returned from work. Curtains do not close, they are mounted only halfway. Sheers didn't provide much privacy so I had to change clothes in my bathroom and keep room lights off so no one could see inside. Like another customer, I had bright lot lights shining right in."
