"I happened to stay here under the most extraordinary circumstances - the night of the Spain/Portugal power outage in April 2025. I was lucky enough to have booked a room, but when I arrived (at midnight!) there were 50-70 stranded travelers from the nearby Chamartin station scattered throughout the lobby. They had nowhere to go, and while the hotel was fully booked, they still provided comforters for those travelers so they would not have to sleep outside, or at the station (hundreds more had done so that night). The consideration they made in those extraordinary circumstances was an incredible display of compassion, and alone warrants 5 stars from me."

"Arrived at the start of the national power cut and the staff were so great, managing to check guests in manually and being really helpful. There was emergency lighting in the public areas. I had lunch in the restaurant as local places were closed - the food and the service were excellent. I liked that it is possible to walk to Terminal 2 in around 15 minutes. "

While not in the city center, the hotel offers shuttle service, and taxis are readily available. Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was courteous and efficient. Staff members were attentive, multilingual, and eager to assist with any requests. "
