This, by the way, is not the fault of the property owner; in Mexico city, most houses and apartments do not have AC because most of the year it stays around 65-75 Fahrenheit. "The apartment was just as advertised and was perfect for my stay with a lovely view. I'd say it was in a great location, easy to get to various places from there. The team were very accommodating and I had great communication with them throughout my stay. The amenities were also great (I used the gym, pool and co-working space). "Property is acceptable - could have used more towels for hand drying and additional trash bags. Kukun did not have any parking passes available during our stay so we had to pay for parking ourselves. Kukun did offer to reimburse but the process would involve an international wire transfer (too much work, not worth it). Property is attached to a mall with several dining options / the area is amazing. Views were incredible. "

"I booked the property many days in advance and messaged the host 9 hours before checkin and got not response from the host. When I arrived in Mexico I had to connect with customer service to figure out a solution. I had to find alternative accommodation within 1 hour, which was very stressful. Customer service did refund and provide excess funds, which was appreciated. "
