"This was our first time staying in an Embassy suites hotel. The hotel itself beautiful. The evening reception and made to order breakfast were excellent. The only issue I had was that 10 minutes before checkout time. They came and knocked on our door to tell us it was time to leave. We were attempting to leave, but there were no carts to be able to get our luggage so we were waiting. I thought that was very rude.
Also, I booked a king suite and upon arrival found out that they had overbooked and there were none available. I was charged for a king and then I was told there was no price difference, but I know the king suite was more."
