"We had a very nice room. It was clean with everything we needed. While there was a coffee maker in the room there was not hot coffee available in the lobby. (The Keurig coffee isn't very tasty). The elevator was very slow due to construction. The staff was very nice and helpful."

"Only thing I didn’t like was parking. They only have 3 handicap spots. And I’m handicapped and they were never available. So I had to pay 26.00 per night for parking. This is because they offer no place to park for free. Everyone pays unless you are the lucky one to get one of the 3 spots."

"Room was spacious, comfy bed and pillows, pretty good breakfast, parking, big pool open til 11pm, all at a good price. I’d stay there again, about 15 minutes from the airport."

"Very clean, creatively renovated space. Loved this hotel! Parking was possible, but the hotel is downtown, but there is a parking garage is around the corner for $16/night. No breakfast, just coffee/tea."

"Great location within convenient walking distance to Guardians and Cavs games. Surprisingly good restaurant with a discount when you charge your meal to your room. Front desk staff and wait staff in the restaurant were very cordial and helpful. I was in Cleveland for the weekend to attend a couple of Guardians games and the competitive rate I received booking through Expedia made me pick this hotel rather than the comparable chain hotels in downtown Cleveland."

"We chose this hotel for its proximity to Guardians stadium. We were visiting to see the Royals play the Guardians and do some sightseeing.The hotel itself was located literally across the street from the stadium and had onsite parking (paid) that was great.We walked to the game and it was just so easy. It is walking distance to downtown and its many wonderful restaurants. We visited the Rock and Roll Hall of fame and along the waterfront. That all being said, this hotel is located in the middle of a noisy downtown. There were three events happening downtown on the same night. We returned to the hotel after the game and dinner and went to bed. At around midnight there were 3 LOUD motor cycles revving their engines, and blaring speeches from speakers on one of the bikes. They drove up and down the street for 15 minutes. It was annoying and woke me up, but this hotel is located downtown, so it was probably to be expected. We enjoyed our stay. The convenience of the location far outweighed the noise."
