"We have stayed in this hotel twice in two years. Both times, it has been an enjoyable stay. The location is very strategic, close to Queen Victoria market and other parts of the CBD. Rooms are still reasonably priced, and amenities are alright. Not out of the ordinary, but also not a let down. I noticed that the breakfast selection has gotten fewer in my second stay. I understand the current economic climate is impacting all businesses. Overall, decent and no fuss stay for the price. "

"Great central spot in town. Lovely quiet room that is DARK.. unusual in the city they have lovely block out. But the facilites are tired. Our bathroom didnt have a plug grill in the top of the bath shower drain. You could lose anything down it. It was just tired. Would stay here agian though "

"Beautifully designed hotel with very generously sized rooms, and fantastic amenities. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, however bar staff were rude. Really love the hotel, but soundproofing between rooms is terrible - had to change rooms because of noise, but both rooms had the same noise problem."
