"We had an early arrival and couldn’t check in tight away. However the reception staff were marvellous. We were able to leave our bags and were told they would contact us as soon as our room was available. We actually went back to the hotel and were checked in an hour and a half early. The apartment was spacious, had everything we could need and a great view."

"The customer service was excellent and I appreciate their commitment to customer comfort. The room was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. It was nice and quiet. Just what I needed. The only minor improvement I’d suggest is to have one lamp in the seating area by the tv. I loathe overhead lighting, as do many people. Don’t make me use it! I highly recommend staying here. Great value for the money. Thank you. "

"A fantastic location. Room was compact, yet perfect for a one night staycation in the city. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and everything was lovely and clean. Appreciated the pod coffee machine in the room as well. Highly recommend."

"The location was excellent, close to public transport and easy to navigate. The room was spacious and everything contained in the apartment made our stay extremely enjoyable. All the modern facilities were included. After a full day of sightseeing, it felt like coming home on returning to the apartment. The cooking facilities were great, supermarket nearby when too tired to go out."
