The view from our room was fantastic One issue was the bathrooms flooded after each shower. Drier did not work well to dry floor mats. We paid money to open the other bathroom only to find it very dirty and dusty. The toilet was not cleaned, the drawers to basin had water marks on them. Dust everywhere Needs more bin liners for all bins. Apart from that it was great. Thank u

Our stay was very nice. Management was very helpful. Well furnished and equipped place. They replenished the place as well. View from every room was excellent. Only downside was lift., very slow but I guess they were reconstructing it. Overall very pleasant stay. We definitely consider to stay again if we r visiting Melbourne.

Great stay with family. Comfortable, good communication, close to transport/groceries/restaurant. Facilities were good, however pool and spa had scum around top, so could be cleaned better. Thanks for great stay :)

Tv didn’t work 99% of the time it would just drop in and out. Only 1 of the 2 toilets was accessible, it would be ok, but the door of the accessible toilet would not close or have any lock options. Otherwise it was a nice clean apartment, the lifts were a little difficult but it look like a couple were being serviced during our stay.
