It was exactly what I was expecting, it was very nice, views were beautiful, close to everything you need which means one only has to walk. There was nothing to complain about and was very happy with what I received.

We had a great stay, apartment was very nicely furnished, comfortable & clean including great beds. Amazing view from 45th floor over Southbank, city & MCG. We didnt see a housekeeper once though in our stay & had to wash & dry the two towels supplied (for 3 people). Great location though & overall really enjoyed our visit & would return.

The location was pretty good, but I was really disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the bedsheet, sofa and on the carpet both in the room and living room.

There was a constant beeping sound every 90s or so in the room that I could not turn off. It was from the cupboard in the bedroom, from the modem I think. It was very annoyng and disruptive to sleep.

Australia 108 is great!

Awesome location, our room was brand new and very comfortable for two people. The reception staff are very friendly & professional. Australia 108 has a zero party / noise policy . We had to contact reception about some very loud music & noise from the next room and it was shut down immediately. Highly recommended 108 if your looking to stay on Southbank. It will be a magnificent building when finished.

The property has a great central location to Southbank and the city. I had issues checking in as the communication from the property on how to check in and who to contact wasn't clear. The room was a good comfortable size but it wasn't cleaned very well. The wifi was intermittent so I ended up using my own which wasn't ideal. I would hesitate to stay again just because check-in was difficult even though the person who looked after us, in the end, was amazing.

Our smoke alarm was hanging off its bracket and not working. The carpet in both bedrooms was heavily stained like they had used a cleaner which had then taken out the colour of the carpet. Location was excellent but the reception was not overly easy to find and when we had a problem we only had one mobile number to call. The coffee table in living room was stained. The views were amazing but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment.

Would not recommend staying in this apartment to anyone unless they clean up their act!! Very disappointing Hotels.com that you would have this listed!!! Not happy!! Part of a month long vacation and so far this is our only disappointment! Mattress needs replacing as you both roll to the middle! No where to sit and eat other than the lounge. Towels are worn as thin as tea towels!! Bathroom basin backs up every time it’s used. Bathroom wall near shower all peeling away and needs repairs. Toilet disgusting and hasn’t been cleaned between stays for a long time!! Washing machine is full of mould as never cleaned! 3 Hangers (you really could do better than this for a double wardrobe and it being winter with plenty of coats for hanging)! Modem dangling from wall in wardrobe! Cutlery disgusting and has not been washed at all with dried baked on old food! Seriously this place is disgraceful and shouldn’t be let out for holiday lettings! Day of arrival left waiting for 25 minutes for staff to reopen reception for us to check in! Had to let the taxi go not knowing how far with our suitcases we would need to go further to get to the premises as keys were at another location. Check in should be easier than this guys!! And you cannot use their amenities such as gym etc if you’re not a resident! The only positive was the view from the 29th floor. Not good enough to stay again though that’s for sure! Disgraceful Hotels.com that you have this listed! Have added a few photos below!

Great location, great apartment! Was so good to have all the comforts of home available rather than staying in a cramped hotel room. The apartment was amazing, view was something else, loved coming home every night! Shower could be a little cleaner, but overall we really loved our stay and will most definitely be making this our go to accommodation whenever we are in Melbourne!!
