Lovely, helpful and thoughtful staff. Great room with a kitchenette. Not a new hotel, but the room was clean, we had a bathtub, the bed was comfortable and we were less than 100m from the Princess Theatre. Fantastic location!

This hotel surprised me. It was excellent value, especially on a Saturday night. Even my basic queen room was incredibly spacious and had kitchen amentities such as a microwave and roomy fridge so you can save money on dining. The room was pleasant and clean. Easy to keep cosy. The windows could be opened for fresh air and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bed had great lighting options for reading and the mirrored desk was fantastic for getting ready. The TV was easy to use and the bathroom was clean. Staff were polite and helpful. This is an underrated, boutique-style hotel with nice touches at the Paris end of Melbourne for a fraction of the usual price. Would stay again and will.
