Booked a room that stated it had 2 Queen beds however it only had 2 double beds. I checked with the man in reception who was not very friendly and probably in the wrong job and was told that was the right room. Beds were 138cm wide so definitely just standard double beds. Our room was up some rickety old stairs that I wasn't sure were going to be there in the morning. The whole place is in desperate need of a makeover as everything is just old and rundown. If you stay here and want to relax and watch some TV make sure you bring some DVDs. The TV is just a cheap Kogan model and is not a smart TV so you can't watch any streaming services.

Was horrendous so bad we booked 2 night but reluctantly had to stay 1 night Tv didnt work no staff around to fix bathroom sink didnt empty Toilet fills to the brim while you use it The whole room felt grotty fingerprints stains every where Carpet stains every where Wall paper peeling off blood on the wall on 1 side of the bed we felt unsafe couldnt wait for thw sun to come up so we could go Dreadful slippery stairs to get to the room Dont stay there its so revolting if i could give it no stars i would Only positive thing is you didnt have to pay extra for parking

Room was clean. We only got 3 towels for 4 people. Not happy. Check in desk was unmanned at check in time. Had to call mobile number to get someone to attend. Good car parking, easy to find room as you get shown a map. Only one pillow per person, probably should be two. Needs to have ice cube trays if needed. Nice hot showers. Ample cupboard space in rooms and bathroom. Windows did not open so couldn’t get any fresh air. Check out was easy just drop room keys into slot and go.

I booked this hotel for my mother-in law…big mistake Do not book this hotel. The rooms are beyond dirty, mould in bathroom, a toilet seat that was so old and scratched it was hard to sit on. The light switches were broken and sometimes worked Several other wedding guest stayed there and their rooms were worse. Power points hanging out of the walls. The place is dangerous. The property also houses people that have come out of prision paid directly by the goverment Dont book you have been warned

We arrived at 9pm after driving from Adelaide.I had called the night before to say that was when we would arrive . No one at reception, we called the number, and the man actually sighed and groaned when I said we were there. We were shown an aerial view of how to get to our room. We had to carry suitcases up 2 levels of outside stone steps ( not lit) walk along an unlit outside dirt path to 2 flights of wooden steps. They were well lit and had a good hand rail but the rest was difficult and dangerous. When we arrived there was a cockroach on the bed and what appeared to be mouse excrement on the chair. The bathroom had mould and the light did not work above the mirror. We were too tired to complain and went to sleep. The next day no food was available and so we had to drive to find breakfast. We had come for a wedding and called to request more towels. The man on reception did not want to give them to us ; he argued 2 people only 2 towels but finally gave in. The towels did arrive promptly. We were staying in a spa suite. The next night there was a huge huntsman on the curtains. So BYO insect killer. There’s a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms: Shower / walking etc. I did not feel comfortable sitting on the furniture or sleeping in the bed. Luckily, we had brought our own pillows so something was clean.
