Poor quality hotel. Constant drip from toilet all night, and TV broken. Hotel reception advised that apparently every TV in the hotel was broken! Heating was loud and dusty. On the positive side the bed was comfortable and staff were friendly.

Nice place, but maintenance needed on the room. Toilet holder kept coning off, toilet seat was loose, was on a twin room but one extra blanket.

Great holiday!!

Our family (parents plus eight year old) loved our week at Fraser’s. The room had loads of cupboard space, a very comfy king bed, two hot plates. a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and - best of all - washing machine and dryer. Although we weed out sightseeing most of the time, the staff were incredible. Cleaners were excellent and really did clean effectively. They were also very thoughtful in looking after three of us. Location wise, these apartments are great - near QV shops, library, Exhibition Gardens plus possums. We walk to NGV. Great holiday

Comfortable, well located stay

We spent a week at Frasers while in Melbourne for a family wedding. Our first room was very comfy. But I needed more hanging space. Expressed this to the reception - not a problem to rearrange rooms! As well as multiple cupboards, rooms have two gas burners, a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer! A winner for us to be able to wash and dry clothes!!! The king bed is incredibly comfortable and the location near universities means loads of Asian restaurants nearby. Lygon St and Italian food is close as is Fitzroy. QV shops are a block away. Staff are very helpful. The precooked breakfast ($10) is excellent. We had a wonderful stay!

Good breakfast close to everything

Close to everything . I would stay again. It was quiet no street noise and comfy beds. The aircon was old and super noisy though. (But i sleep with ear plugs.) Breakfast was at the hotel and was EXCELLENT..surprised me. So over all would stay again
