Staff are so helpful and pleasant. We checked in at 11pm after a long drive, they well explained and give us the comfortable room right away. The room is clean and comfy. Breakfast is another surprise. Definitely Will come back again

Great customer service and very friendly staff, loved the breakfast selection and making my own fresh juice in the morning. The rooms were nice and clean straight across from a shopping centre, easy and convenient parking undercover and locked at night for safety. We had a great family holiday and would highly recommend the holiday inn dandenong

This was such a beautiful hotel and a pleasant surprise to find out that it only openned 4 months ago. The team that worked there were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We enjoyed the facilities and the rooms were large and fresh. I would stay there again if travelling through Dandenong.

Excellent Accommodation

Excellent location to Veterinary Referral Hospital... super clean, great service. A few more amenities in room like a bottle opener a few bits of cutlery would have been n8ce, but otherwise highly recommend if you need to stay in Dandenong.

The hotel was new and pleasant / the staff were friendly and helpful / the room (king suite) was clean-comfortable / great shower. VERY comfortable bed and pillows as usual.

Staff were lovely Room was great only downside was the lack of sound proofing so the corridor noise was very loud . Had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious 5⭐️ Parking was great Would definitely stay here again

This hotel was clean but the heating and cooling was Not working properly the room got to hot and the air con didn’t work! Staff were rude and weren't friendly at all. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Meals were pretty standard and took around 45 minutes to come to our table … only having two tables in the restaurant is No Excuse for the delay, especially when you have 2 kids .. Second night we had Room Service and it took over an hour for our meals again to arrive. One more thing, please install Normal Smart TV’s with Netflix or Stan or Normal Commercials Tv, since the antenna wasn’t working .. and you need to have Chromecast … Apart from that all was good !!
