Great location opposite park

Great location, close to transport, shops, cafes. Easy walking distance to city, Queen Vic markets .... we had an upgrade to an apartment as we were staying several nights. Everything you needed was provided.. very clean & comfortable. Would certainly recommend.

Great location to Princes Park and Sydney Road. The gentleman at reception was friendly, accommodating and efficient. Being an older building you can hear nearby rooms coming and going throughout the night.

If you are travelling by motor vehicle this is the place to stay in Melbourne. There are plenty of off street parking. The deluxe queen rooms are a very generous size in the living area, although the bathroom is tiny in size and only suitable for 1 person at a time. The rooms are exceptionally clean with daily servicing. Have stayed here many times over the past 37 years. Would highly recommend this motel
