Fabulous suite with comfortable bed, good shower and muesli breakfast plus coffee and selection of teas. It’s above a bar and dining is down the corridor so it is noisy. Take earplugs! Within a 30 minute march to the city and on a tram route. Plenty of coffee, bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Surprisingly very quiet given it's position in the heart of a busy pub on a friday night, and with the door opening into the center of a bustling restaurant. Felt super private and spacious, great job courthouse team.

This was our second time staying at the Courthouse. We have stayed in both rooms, and found both equally as good as each other. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Surprisingly we have never had trouble parking near the courthouse. We look forward to our next trip to Melbourne and will definitely re-book at the Courthouse.

Our stay at the courthouse was superb. Contactless check in, access to the key and room was super easy. The suite itself was beautiful. Spacious and comfortable with a super comfortable bed and the black out blinds gave us a great night sleep. Despite being above a pub we didn’t hear a peep once inside. We had dinner and a bottle of wine in the pub downstairs. The food, drinks and staff were all excellent. Our overall experience was perfect. Really can’t recommend enough.

Beautiful room, modern fit out yet still holding true to the charms of yesteryear, I stayed in the Errol suite. The owners have even kept some of the wallpaper they found during renovations and have framed as artwork. Complimentary granola and yoghurt, tea and coffee and Netflix for a night in on the comfy couch. Great sized fridge, good water pressure in the shower, nice big towels and bath robes all included. Awesome location, tram on your doorstep, walking distance from the markets and the CBD if you like a stroll. Self check in and check out was seamless and meant I could arrive late which worked for my schedule. Staff downstairs in the restaurant were lovely and accomodating, they have roast specials running on Sundays and the wine list is fantastic! Romantic and cozy the perfect venue for a staycation, a night or two away or even a few weeks!

i would have given this property a higher rating however, after performing at the Comic Lounge, and bringing the leftover merchandise in two heavy suitcases, one of the employees was holding the door for other guests,saw me and shut the door in my face. The rest of the stay was fine.
