"Great hotel to stay at. Located in the heart of Florence walking distance to all the attractions and places to see. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and basic. Room was clean. A bit of noise from the outside life, but it was ok. The train station is about a 20 min walk. I had no vehicle so unknown about parking. Scoot parking seemed abundant. The staff were multilingual and very friendly. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "

"Superb hotel! A charming oasis in a bustling city. Highlights: pool, sauna, breakfast. The historic centre is about 20 minutes bus ride away, but it’s worth it! Buses run regularly. "

"The room was very nicely furnished and the bed was really comfortable. Loved the pillow menu. The staff were very welcoming and when we needed to retrieve some medication from our previous hotel the general manager was extremely helpful. "

"The check in process was wonderful!! The concierge even gave us a map and highlighted different places to check out and where they were located in proximity of hotel. Complimentary breakfast was also included that had a good variety for everyone to enjoy!! The A/C was good, the TV however was a smart TV and not set up very user friendly. Overall 9/10 :)"

"Great property walkable to duomo, shopping and restaurants. Be careful in area my husbands phone was stolen off restaurant table on street when a beggar showed a paper with words and took phone beneath so we did not notice. Vespa tour in Tuscany was super fun."
