"All the staff were very friendly. The rooms are set in like a garden and we really liked that and parking is all around the hotel so convenient for all rooms. It was wonderful that bottled water is provided in rooms and two complementary non alcoholic beverages, bottles of water always out on the counter at reception too. The shuttle every hour down town and back was wonderful/ only took about 15 mins to get to downtown. Pool area was great for relaxing would have been even better with a hot tub. Overall an excellent location and stay . Great would happily return to this hotel. "

"Shuttle times are extremely accurate. Beautfil place with friendly staff. Only wish checkout time was a bit later. Elevators were out our entire stay. We were on third floor. The staff did offer to help carry our luggage up."

"Clean and very beautiful everything. This place had everything one could desire. 1 day was simply not enough. The central location to sunrise, pool and bar/food. All the onsite activities. The suite was beautiful , balcony to the shower and comfy linen , everything was simply perfect. 2 adults , 4 kids. Baby to 15 yr old . All had an amazing experience. Highly recomend to anyone staying in Key West !! We shall return one day. Thank you for having us. Out family will talk of this stay for decades to come. "

"Well kept facilities, wonderful pool, comfortable rooms, great food on the property, helpful staff when we had problems with our door lock, also helpful staff after our stay when I called back with a problem with a bill. Someone had charged lunch to my room number with my name after I had checked out. They looked into it and refunded me within reasonable time. I will be back."
