7.6 out of 10, Good, (682 reviews)
"Very difficult to chat with the host, the place they gave us was not what they promised us or how it looked on the pictures. They gave our place to someone else, and sent us across the street. Sofa bed does not work, no AC on one of the rooms, if you come in the summer, you will not be able to sleep. Will not stay here again."

Annoying that the cleaner washes the sheets in the kitchen as I had to listen to a washing machine for 2 hours when I wanted to relax. Area is dangerous at night. I was assaulted by a patron of the bar across the road. late at night when walking past."

Live It Gran Via

Live It Gran Via

8/10 Good
"The property itself was a little run down - although quite charming because it is an historical building, but the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen facilities were spotless. My room was very small but perfectly comfortable. the staff on the desk spoke adequate English (I speak no Spanish, to my shame) and were always friendly and helpful. All in all, t was definitely value for money, and I would be happy to stay there again. The only problem was that some of the residents were a bit noisy at night and left the bathrooms with very wet floors - not at all necessary if one takes a little care! But this is hardly the hotel's fault."
