"My wife and I had a great stay. It’s too bad we only had one night and not more time in Madrid. The staff welcomed us with a sparkling wine and water (It was 100 degrees Fahrenheit outside.) I purposely chose the hotel because we came in by train and it’s a 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was nice and spacious for European standards. The breakfast was very good, but a little pricey. However, on our checkout the manager surprised us by taking 10 euros off the 46 euros cost for breakfast for two. He said it was for first time guests. We would definitely stay there again if we are fortunate enough to visit Madrid again."
