"It's easy to navigate, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast and bar is fantastic."

"The staff was okay, but the place was upstairs behind locked doors. My room was TINY: 7'6" across, and about 10' long. The bathroom had almost NO level spaces to put toiletries - only a small shelf above the sink. I ended up putting bathroom stuff on the very small (30" wide) desk. I disliked this place so much that I checked out the next morning for a better hotel. I ate most of the prepaid reservation, but it was worth it."

"great location and sweet staff, walk to everywhere we want in Madrid"

"Overall clean, good location and a good deal compared to most hotels which were very expensive on a Saturday night in Madrid. Bathroom was a bit strange as the toilet was right by the bed and it was a glass wall only partially covered so not much privacy, but not a big deal for us."
