"We had the most wonderful stay at The Relais & Châteaux Heritage in Madrid! The hotels is simply gorgeous, our the rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable with every possible detail thought of. It is in a fantastic location, and the breakfast was delicious! Most importantly the staff was exceptional! Juan, Celeste, and Elsa were all so helpful and accommodating, and Olga at breakfast was the absolute sweetest! We are looking forward to our next stay, and highly recommend this beautiful gem to anyone wanting a luxurious stay while visiting Madrid!"
