A wonderful experience. The amenities that they offer during the day are awesome. The little outside area and the lounge area are very comfortable and many people utilize it. The rooms are very clean and spacious as well overall 10 out of 10. I enjoyed my stay!

Although some distance from the city it’s easy accessible by Metro and taxi. Large comfortable air conditioned rooms with all the usual facilities, the complimentary drinks (inc alcohol) and snacks were a bonus. Full marks to the staff and a special mention to Carlos for welcoming us on arrival.

This hotel is phenomenal! When deciding where to stay, I knew that it was eco-conscious and a bit out of the crazy busy area which is part of why we choose Artiem, in addition to the positive reviews. Even still, this hotel exceeded my expectations! Upon arrival, it was lovely to be greeted by Carlos with such a bright smile. That smile blessed our days with wonderful energy throughout our stay. In fact, the staff were all diligent and customer-focused. In addition to Carlos, Eneida was a rock star in the dining area and Paulina kept the grounds spotless. One of the best amenities is that they keep refrigerator stocked 24/7 with wine, beer, soda, and other drinks. There was a second refrigerator stocked with tons of snacks including sandwiches, salads, and sweet treats. Everyone seemed to enjoy this about the hotel. It was super convenient. The grounds are modern, clean and comfortable and there’s a terrace with outdoor seating. The music that they play creates a beautiful ambience there too. In terms of quality and value, you simply can’t get better than Artiem Madrid.

The breakfast is very good, so are the staff. The hotel generously offers free drinks (coffee, wine, beers and juicy) all day long and snacks before 9:00 pm. The environment is quiet and relaxing.
