"An absolute gem in the heart of Madrid! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol, making it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being so close to the action, the rooms were wonderfully quiet, clean, and spacious.The standout feature of this hotel is the exceptional service. We asked where was the post office and they sent a greeter with a dolly to carry our box. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and eager to help with recommendations or directions. I cannot recommend Hotel Liabeny enough and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Madrid!"
