"Absolutely fantastic accommodation in a great location. The rooms are stunning and the staff were excellent and really added to the overall experience. The location itself is also fantastic and being meters away from a metro makes exploring Madrid by train easy while still being walkable from the centre of the city if you prefer. Thoroughly recommend and I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Madrid."

"On checking in they tried to give us a basic room which wasn't right as we had booked a superior terraced room. When we got to our room eventually it was made up for one person not two. The maid kept the room clean but very hit and miss if you got tea or coffee.We asked for an extra cup, milk and coffee it vexed the man delivering. The breakfast wasn't the best and the women worked very hard in the breakfast room . Lots of the crockery was chipped. We intended to eat in the restaurant on our last night and the had a function unusual in my experience they hadn't made another room available all that was available was snacks in the bar. If it was selling itself as a cheap hotel you would make allowances but it isn't. We were told that we couldn't use our Radisson points nor the promotion that Expedia gave us as we didn't book directly with the hotel."
