"Very clean and cozy place, well located near Atocha station, from where you can take a bus to the airport. But also right next to the Antón Martin metro station and only about a 15-minute walk to Gran Via. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We had a lovely stay in a cozy little room that was clean, comfortable, and equipped with AC. The bathroom was spotless, and everything felt well taken care of. Hola Rooms reached out to us before our arrival to confirm our check-in time, which was a nice touch and made everything smooth. The night was quiet and peaceful, and we really appreciated being allowed to stay a bit after check-out. Great hospitality—would definitely recommend!"

"Loved our stay here!! Staff was super nice, everything was clean and easy to check in/out. Very safe and secure. Photo are super accurate to what you get. And at such a great price in comparison to other spots. Lockers are bigger than they look in the pictures as well, we were able to fit two carryons, a personal, and a large suitcase in ours. "

"ESTAFA! Nunca pude entrar en el alojamiento. Escribi diciendo que era probable llegar tarde y cuando llame el mismo dia me dijeron que cancelara por booking que ya no habia nadie que pudiese darme la llave. Me dejaron tirado en Madrid un viernes. Al dia siguiente tambien tenia reserva, entonces pregunte si ya si podian darme las llaves, nadie respondio a mi whatsapp ni a mis llamadas. Reclame a hoteles.com y solo se puede hacer poe chat. Dijeron que me llamarian en 24 o 48 horas y no lo han...

"Super helpful and friendly staff! From reception staff to cleaning staff - all great :) It really makes such a difference to the vibe of the place when the staff are awesome. Very clean - great showers and hot water. On a quiet street in an excellent location of Madrid. Close to everything but no outside noise. Two elevators, so no long waits. Roof terrace is cool. The room I was in and the common areas were spacious so it didnt feel cramped. I read the story about the background of the hostel and its founders and I admire the ethos behind it. Tonnes of activities organised and social events if you want to get involved. Lots of locker storage. Fast WiFi. Everything was perfect - would stay here again. Gracias!"

"This is the first time in 25 years I stayed in a hostel. It far exceeded my expectations. I started in a 4 person so female dorm. Or bathroom was clean. The staff was super friendly. I had their breakfast one morning which was better nice. It includes Selection of meat, cheese, bread, fruit, yogurt, juice, eggs and two coffee machines. The lobby is very trendy and conducive to hanging out. It was a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend it. I was having alone. "
