Traveled with my wife and 2 kids (teens)
We had a connecting room which was great. Facilities are clean, modern and secure. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. Clean. Morning buffet was fantastic. And more importantly the staff !!! Yevgeniy was somehow always available to answer any questions. And all the staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Id definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

Wonderful and super friendly staff, great location for museum visit and shopping. Don't miss a morning run in the park followed by their great breakfast. Thanks for a great first visit to Madrid for our family!

The outside of the hotel looks plain and dry but the rooms are unique. The interior is an interesting mix of modern and old. Many "old" elements were preserved (bricks, wooden beams and heavy metal). The bathroom floor is actually teak.
It's centrally located but still a bit off the beaten track. Close to Madrid Atocha and just a block away from the Lavapies metro. Walkable to the Calle Mayor and Plaza Mayor area. Nice tapas bars in the neighborhood (especially O Pazo de Lugo).

Fantastic hotel in great location . First time staying at a Sleep N and it’s a great concept. They have a quirky modern design with emphasis on customer service and the environment . Hotel contacted me day before to ask what type of room I would like and arrival time. The rooms are VERY small but clean and comfortable. A very nice buffet breakfast available. Staffs are very friendly and helpful and great location in Madrid.

Stayed as a family of four with a 9 and 12 year old. For the price, you cannot beat this place. I would recommend staying here to anyone. They even responded to our concern prior to our arrival and they were so thoughtful in their response.

The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that we had to walk a good 20 to 30 minutes to get to any of the popular tourist spots. But overall, we had a lovely stay there. And the rooftop deck and pool was a really nice place to go and relax.

This property was clean and the room was beautiful. Very convenient location with multiple restaurants and entertainment near by. Very accessible to different locations in Madrid with multiple train and bus routes. Also felt very safe. Family friendly. I will definitely book when I come back.

Newton is a first rate hostel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they organize events like evening empanadas and free tours. The facilities are new and clean. The location is great, in an area with easy access to the main sites, and to restaurants and bars.

A lovely " in the works" room on the second floor of a building being repurposed. No elevator yet but it is in the works. Modern furnishings, clean, and helpful staff. Note check in is about a 2 minute walk ftom the actual building.where you will be staying. Good buffet breakfast for just 6 euros. Many places to eat close by. Prado and botanical gardens close by. Several lovely churches well worth taking the time to visit.
