"This was a great location to explore Madrid. We slept well. Make sure to read keyless entry instructions as there is no one in person to great you. The first room was not ready but when I messaged they quickly switched us to a clean room. Easy access to train and airport."

"Place was clean, a bit cramped. The French door onto the street was very difficult to close, and the convection stove top didn't work. I didn't realize that the flat was in the heart of Madrid's Zona Rosa, with a few busy bars on the same block, including one right downstairs. My weekend rental was marred by shouting and loud singing, in the street and in neighbouring apartments, till after 1 am. I wouldn't stay here again."

We were told reception was open until 6pm, but still had to self-check in even though we were there before 6pm. Cuando escribí para informar que no había agua caliente asumieron que tomamos duchas muy largas y tuve que escribir 3 veces para que vengan a revisar. Fue sobre todo la manera en que respondieron y reaccionaron en el primer email."
