The lounge had seen better days ( so the photos is very old) and was missing the middle cushion , so no back support as well as no support when you sat in the lounge. "Terrible stench in communal hallway on arrival. Single glazed - noise from outside a problem. Broken fitting on small bedroom window - security risk & draughty. Screeching hinge on entrance passage door - can hear it open & close every time it’s used by any of three flats. Quite noisy. - Internally from other apartment residents going about their business. - doors banging, toilets flushing, water running. Externally because of single glazed windows. "Great 2-bedroom flat in a neighborhood with fantastic, inexpensive dining options. An easy 5 minute walk to Silver Street Overground trains and around 20 minutes walk to Tottenham Hotspur ground. Great communication from the owner who let us arrive early. Would stay here again!"
