"Comfortable and cozy living area and very spacious bedrooms, this cottage is an amazing getaway. The large pond at the edge of the garden, with lots of fish was a winner for our two boys aged 8 and 9. We saw a kingfisher and quite a few amazing birds casually dropping by. The welcome biscuits where a definate treat and we will be returning. "

"Lovely modern cosy house in centre of Gayton village, close to the local pub. Everything was provided and we immediately felt at home (as did the dog who loved the garden). Great communication with the owner and everything was super easy to gain access. Close to King's Lynn and less than an hour from the beach at Well-Next-The-Sea. Even a disused windmill in the village, that is someone's lovely home! Recommended"

"A beautiful barn conversion in a rural setting. The owners have done an amazing job, a lot of thought has been given to providing comfortable and high quality holiday accommodation. Norwich, Broads and beaches easily accessible by car. Would thoroughly recommend a stay. Looking forward to returning in the future."
