"Had a relaxing 3 nights. Loved setting on the back porch with that amazing view. We had plenty of room for everyone. The drive up is kinda steep but so are all of the cabins in the mountains. Make sure to have a screen shot pic in your phone for Google Map directions. My phone signal gave out just as I was about to make the final turn to the cabin. Lol. Had 3 cubs and a their mom spend about 30 minutes in the tree right beside the porch… about 30 feet away. Pretty cool. Kitchen has everything you would need including coffee. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was at night overlooking the mountains. Would stay again."

"Such a nice cabin! It was a quick visit for a wedding but I enjoyed my time in the cabin. Very cabin atmosphere, easy check in and out. I was happy that I have 4 wheel drive as getting up the road to the cabin was interesting. This is why I purchased a Bronco with Sasquatch package though. Saw one bear, very cute and far enough away for me to admire. Thanks for a great stay!"

"This was our family’s first trip to Tennessee and it was fabulous!!! The house was roomy, clean and had all the extras you could imagine, a very large hot tub, and a beautiful pool that you don’t even get at hotels! If you don’t mind a 15-20 minute drive to the nearest touristy town, and the slightly scary drive to the top of the mountain, this is the house for you! The house by far makes up for the windy, bendy road it sits on! We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains!!! We are from Ohio, so we are not use to these roads here in TN. We would 100% come back to this location and this house! Our host Steven was very responsive to questions or concerns! We had a Bob cat and her cubs visit from about 20 ft from the back deck, a bear in the driveway, and a raccoon on the deck. This house won’t disappoint! So much room to spread out, relax and enjoy the Smokey’s! This is a Hatcher Mountain GEM!"

"The cabin and property was BEAUTIFUL. The views were gorgeous. We had frequent visits from bears literally from the second we drove up to the property. A mama and her 3 cubs and another larger bear. They would climb right up on the porch for a visit while we were sitting out there. It was amazing and terrifying, but we loved it. It is in a great location as far as distance from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The parking situation was a little complicated because we had 19 people and 5 different vehicles, but we made it work. My only real complaint is that the "community pool" that was advertised, is not within a short walking distance of the cabin like we were expecting. It is located a mile away at an RV park. When I was searching for a large cabin to accommodate our family, I was specifically looking for a cabin with a pool for the kiddos in our group. We were so disappointed to find out that it wasn't within walking distance of the cabin. I admittedly just assumed that the pool would just be a short leisurely stroll away from the cabin and didn't see the description of its location. So if you are looking for a gorgeous view and spacious, clean cabin - and dont really care about having a pool within walking distance- this property will be perfect for you and your large group. The property owners were quick to answer questions as well."
