"Great"

"Everything was perfect! The hotel was very clean, the staff were kind and professional, the rooms were comfortable, and the service exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!"

"Just keep an eye on your things by the pool. Other guest will try to move it even when your things are there. Or they could go missing. Staff should be more attentive to this. Other than that great place"

"I really wanted to like Hotel Greytone, because it had received really nice write-ups in places like Conde Nast. However, I found our stay there to be disappointing, for a few reasons that I'll share below. More disappointing than the stay itself was the fact that I shared my feedback and disappointment with the hotel management and they provided absolutely no response. "Very nice condo, lots of light and good floor plan, quiet with nice views. Living room and kitchen is spacious and has all what I need. Water bottles supply and complementary snacks are nice bonus. Front desk and valet parking staff are accommodating. Parking and resort fee are included in price is convenient . Would come back again."

"Nice hotel with amazing team! Need some refreshment update here and there, but overall very good experience. The Nobu restaurant did an amazing job during daytime and evening, highly recommended!"

"Hotel mucho menos cuidado de lo que parece en las fotos. No hay servicio de desayunos."

"They need to take better care of the construction at least."

"Me encantó todo"
