The service throughout the resort was excellent—everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The activities were very good and well organized, adding a lot of fun to our stay. Special recognition goes to Kyle, the lobby concierge, who was incredibly helpful and friendly; Yudy at the reception, who provided excellent assistance with a warm smile; and El Natural at the main bar, whose great energy and service made every visit enjoyable. Thanks to the amazing staff, our stay was memorable, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Punta Cana. The only aspect that could be improved is paying a little more attention to the cleaning of the showers. Aside from that small detail, everything was excellent."
