"We recently enjoyed staying at the Finest Punta Cana resort in Punta Cana. I cannot praise this resort enough for its exceptional customer service and overall experience. We spent seven nights at Finest, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and private. We were fortunate to upgrade our stay and experience the exclusivity of the Excellence Club, the adults-only section of the resort. The staff ensured all our needs were met. The attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the impeccably clean rooms to the beautifully maintained grounds. The resort offers a variety of amenities that cater to all types of travelers. Upgrading to the Excellence Club was a great decision, providing access to a private beach, exclusive restaurants, and bars. We particularly enjoyed the Excellence Club beach. Argenis did everything possible to ensure our favorite spot was ready upon our arrival each morning and helped provide a special cabana to celebrate our anniversary. We cannot say enough about his level of care. The bar service on the beach was excellent as well. The breakfast and dinner service at Dommo was top-notch, and Eduard and Leily went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. "We love dreams, Onyx Punta, Cana. We’ve been four times now and without mentioning that they upgraded us to premiere and made us feel like family coming home. We get this from up room for our two kids and have a wonderful time as a family. We can walk, barefoot from our room to the beach and enjoy friendly faces along the way, the staff is excellent from Javier, Peter, cinnamon, cappuccino, Vladimir, Simon, and all the entertainment staff so much fun and helpful always we look forward to our next trip already! When we go we stay for 9 days and it feels like home away from home. We celebrate birthdays, Mother’s Day the spa is amazing. "
