"The property advertised as the “Elegant Villa” is grossly misrepresented and in unacceptable condition. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the home is severely worn, outdated, and neglected. The listing photos and description do not accurately reflect the current state of the property. The bathrooms were not simply unclean — they were disgusting. Every bathroom was in a condition that should never be presented to paying guests. The showers were visibly unsanitary and unfit for use....
