"The room and hallways/landing were outdated, dirty and in desperate need of renovation. Mattress was poor - worthy of a skip. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Supposedly this was a DELUXE double!!! If it wasn’t for the fact we were due at a party in Dorking that evening and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 6.30pm, we would have insisted on either another room or ideally our money back and moved to another hotel."

"Location is excellent with Gloucester Road Underground just minutes away with direct line to London Heathrow Airport. Numerous cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good quality Staff always helpful Good around hotel and would stay here again."

"Very helpful staff. Willing to make sure your needs were taken care of. I have stayed here a few times before and they have always maintained their standard. Easy access to the malls, restaurants, stores, etc."

"Super gelegenes Hotel. Besonders das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Saubere Zimmer. Klare Empfehlung!"

"From arrival to departure, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed the full English breakfast and overall food experience. The hotel is centrally located to all main sites that made our booked excursions/tours convenient. The only downside to the hotel is that the rooms are a little snug. Otherwise my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"The hotel was great and well located for where we were going. The staff was lovely and very helpful. My only negative was that at the end of October the A/C was still on so the room was really cold in the morning. When we spoke to someone at the desk it was better the next day but the following day it was back to 17 degrees in the morning again"

"Great location. The staff was very nice, and the breakfast was good. Clean propriety and nice lobby bar for drinks and quick snacks."

"موظفين الاستقبال يحتاجون الكثير من التدريب واللباقه"
