"Such a great experience here. The free breakfast was different daily w/ fresh fruits. I got an excellent workout daily on the Peleton and with other great equipment in the gym. And oh my goodness, the food at The House Bar was excellent, as were the cocktails and delightful bartender. My room was clean, comfortable and refreshed daily. I will definitely be back."

"Basic hotel. Check in. Check out. Decent location. Near Wall Street, Battery park and ferry to Ellis island… subway close. Nothing special but I don’t think it’s intended to be. Fine for place to crash and if you want anything it’s close by. "

"I have stayed in several ACE hotels, in Seattle, Portland and Palm Springs and I never really got the millennial hype. The common areas are usually great but the rooms in those places weren’t great. When friends recommended the ACE in Brooklyn I was skeptical but the photos and location seemed great. I was very pleasantly surprised! I stayed with my husband and kid and the medium room was a great size (especially for NYC!). The room was clean and comfortable with a little sofa, an awesome window and nice bathroom. The bed was also comfortable. The area is super walkable downtown Brooklyn near subway stops and it’s easy to navigate. The common areas are beautiful as well and we loved the Black Seed Bagel attached for breakfast. The hotel staff was really kind and helpful and I will definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is centrally located. Lots of shops, restaurants and vendors! The room was clean but the view was not. We had a view of another building and its residents as well as a dog park. The dogs were cute but the barking was a bit annoying. The television kept blinking and the bathroom sink leaked for 3 of the five days. The tv was fixed immediately but the sink was a problem. The housekeeper was excellent! Not sure if I would stay there again."

"Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and fell far below reasonable expectations of cleanliness and service. The room and linens were not properly maintained. The bedding was unclean, and the pillowcases had visible stains, which is entirely unacceptable. In addition, the bathroom facilities were not functional. Both the shower and the sink were clogged, preventing proper drainage. We made multiple requests for assistance, yet no one came to address the issue during our stay. This significantly disrupted our ability to prepare for departure, as we were forced to wait extended periods of time between showers for the water to drain. The handling of our checkout further compounded this experience. A staff member named Medina came to our door in an aggressive manner, banging loudly and accompanied by security, because we were fifteen minutes past checkout time. Her approach was unnecessarily confrontational and lacked the professionalism and courtesy expected in hospitality. This interaction was particularly disheartening and clearly reflects the standard that one would associate with AC Hotels. Overall, this experience was unacceptable. Due to the conditions of the room, the lack of timely support, and the unprofessional conduct we encountered, we would not consider returning."
