"Warm welcome from reception staff upon arrival. We did not use the bar or restaurant area. Overall the property is in a ‘tired’ condition. One of the lifts was out of use throughout our stay and there was a broken window in our room which had been taped up. A refurbishment programme is needed to bring the hotel up to the standard expected for the price paid. "

"The entire hotel was absolutely amazing, close to the train station, close to the shopping area, lots of restaurants, the spa was so very good. The hotel staffs especially Ana and Joe, they were exceptionally helpful, sweet, friendly and kind, the level of professionalism was fantastic. Many thanks to them both.
