"Good value for money especially with the buffet breakfast included in the price, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, i would definitely stay again. I have read other reviews that some people found parking tricky but i didn’t have a problem, plenty of space. £15 for 24 hrs parking which i didn’t mind paying. All in all i would recommend. Other bonus is it’s only a short walk to the main town where there’s choice of places to eat but far enough away that you don’t have the bustling noise. "

"We had a lovely time. The hotel is set in very scenic surroundings, the interior keeps its country house feel and is both welcoming and homely. The staff are very friendly and the menu is great, the food cooked well and very tasty. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family and we'll be going back if we get opportunity to. "

"Another great stay. Modern rooms are a delight. Hotel under renovation, food service was restricted but I ordered in from a list provided at check-in, the front desk couldn’t do anymore for folks. Excellent 👍 "

"The location is perfect for all central amenities. The upstairs bar and restaurant with Balcony is stunning. We had a standard room and it was bigger than most we’ve stayed in, with s as ll new modern fittings. Very efficient staff snd excellent breakfast. Would certainly stay again."

"A wonderfully repurposed school building which is now a warm and friendly hotel. My 3 night stay was excellent.All the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my time there. Buffet breakfast was first class too. I will definitely stay again."
