"Beautiful resort and property! The property is very big so the staff will gladly take you where you need to go with a golf cart. The rooms are spacious, we enjoyed the separate living room area. The waterpark was our family favorite; it had a wave pool, lazy river, slides, pool volleyball and basketball. "

"April 2026- this hotel is under renovation! First room smelt of paint and still had parts taped up! Asked to move. However rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Did have to ask for extra towels every day and dispensers remained empty! Do not expect your typical buffet style breakfast, weird set up where you order at the bar as main restaurant under reno(they have 2 but both under reno) $50 credit per room which is never feeding a family of 4 when a breakfast is $22 and a coffee is $7! Long wait and arrived cold. This was not mentioned on booking, just breakfast included. Found out from someone else you could use the credit in Starbucks on site which was better value if you happy to microwave an egg muffin etc. Pool area is tired, not enough floats for lazy river again no resturante also closed. Slow poolside service for drinks snacks. *resort charge of $35 per night added to bill to use this facility! We always book Hilton group hotels and this was our 3rd one on our trip to Phoenix. Felt let down after staying here before years ago. Lots of upgrade going on but won’t be returning to see them. "

"I had a large suite. Only a couch and a pub table with two stools. The “bar” was a counter with a fridge under it. No power, paper cups. The bedroom was nice. Spacious, dimmable lights. Sink was in here. Vanity lights were blindingly bright. Bathroom was clean, but gross, and water backed up into tub. The people on staff were nice, down-to-earth, and generally wanted to help. Not much training on how to help or what hospitality service looks like. Overall - I knew this was the product when I booked it, so it was fine. A solo, sunshine, go see some friends trip. I’d stay here again for similar trip but would not bring any friends here. Also, lot of homeless and drug addict activity just past the parking lot on the same block. Again, I felt safe, but it’s a bit gross. "

"Wow!!! So blown away by our room !!!!! Liz down at the Blue Coyote Cafe for breakfast this morning was so great! The pool area is a little dated however I would still stay here!!!! The amenities are awesome! We did a day trip to Sedona and coming back to the jacuzzi at night was so great! We stayed on the top floor C2 and the views are breathtaking!!!!! "

"My family enjoyed the hotel and staff however we experienced a couple of large waterbug on our room wall over the headboard and in the closet. Additionally the jacuzzi jets were missing and didn't provided a therapeutic experience in any of the jacuzzis. Hopefully you'll have someone address these issues especially the large waterbugs or large roaches, after trying to catch and kill them, we had to place a large towel under the main room door. "

"I could not reccomend a resort more! I was a solo traveler and felt so safe and comfortable. The property was clean, well kept, and had so much to offer! "

"The hotel is older. The first room we were put in smelled musty and the restroom was dirty. The 2nd room we were put in was fine. The restroom was updated but the carpet in the room was dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable. "

"Average hotel that was incredibly overpriced. Maybe the price hike was for the NCAA tournament. Parking was horrible. It was either pay $32 a night for a lot behind the hotel or $45 for valet in the same lot. The metro rail is right across the street, I highly recommend taking it for transportation."
