"Check in was fast and easy. The first 2 keys didn't work, but were quickly fixed. The room was big! There was a sitting room and a separate bedroom. We had 2 TVs. Most of the channels were news channels or sports channels, but we didn't come for the TV. My only complaints were that the hot water didn't get very hot and the uncarpeted floor was dirty. And for some reason the only sink was in the sitting area. With no towel holder. So after you washed your hands you had to drip water back to the bathroom to dry your hands. Otherwise it was a very nice stay."

The staff members were very supportive (my husband uses a wheelchair), and thoughtful. We won't be staying any place else on all future trips. "
