"We stayed as a group of friends and had a wonderful time! The house is spacious and each room has its own bathroom. The outdoor pool was so nice, with breathtaking views. We had Ariel as our concierge and he was FABULOUS! We had a private chef, he booked us transportation and he went grocery shopping for us. Truly a wonderful stay, would love to go back!"

"The house was perfect and wowed the whole family. Host and their team was great and followed up daily to make sure we had what we needed to maximize our time here. Chef service is excellent as well. Walk to town is downhill but doable for everyone in the group coming back is steep but we all made it multiple times. Uber was very affordable for the times we didn’t want to make the walk. The views are worth every step!"

"How was great and Lawrence the owner and Alan the concierge made everything easy highly recommend this for a family. The five bedrooms were all well appointed and the kitchen family room overlooking the pool with the view of the bay was exceptional."

"The scenery was beautiful and the weather was good, so our group arrived with great excitement, but the fountain at the entrance gate was broken, and in one bedroom, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling and the floor was soaking wet, and the floor had not been cleaned, so it was dirty with grime, and there were no towels in the bathroom except for shampoo. I think they are very lax in their management."

"This home is awesome! Great convenient location. Not too close not too far from Cabo proper which was our hope. Easy access to everything without being on the craziness. The home is new and very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Space for 10 without feeling on top of each other. Owner and concierge communication was top notch. They took care of everything we needed. Great private pool, gorgeous view of the bay. Quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this property and we look forward to coming...

"We can’t say enough about the villa & staff. Our entire stay was perfect. The villa is lovely and in fabulous condition. The view and beach access are amazing. We enjoyed spectacular sunrises, walks on the beach and meals at Zipper’s of course."

"Amazing view of Cabo! Plenty of space and sleeping for 7-16 people.Downsides: pool and jacuzzi heater was broken entire time, so the both were about 55 degrees. That was disappointing as was part of reason we chose this house. The pool table is in horrible condition (pockets all broken and lumpy surface) so it should NOT be the very first featured photo on listing. The house is quite old and very dated so don’t expect a luxury experience. Concierge was helpful with transportation and chef Pedro...
