"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."

"Great location right opposite to Toyama JR station, with lots of restaurants, convenient stores, and supermarkets. Eat to visit the Tateyama region too. Staff are helpful with help I found a super delicious yakitori restaurant behind the hotel. Thank you."
