"The room was ready upon our arrival. The check in process was smooth and friendly. The location is nice and is easy to walk to the main attractions like the Duomo and Castle Sforzesco. There is a large park across the road for a quiet stroll. The gym is super tiny and has a bit of a bad odor. Breakfast was fair. Offerings were limited for fresh fruit and hot healthy options. "

"Beautiful hotel, Room was fairly spacious for Europe and the bathroom was well designed. Staff were gracious and kept us access our room earlier than check in time. Location can’t be beat right outside a tram and Metro stop.My only minor complain is that the weren’t very soft! I stayed in two other similar range hotels on this trip and this place needs to upgrade their linens! That being said, I would stay here again and recommend to friends going to Milan. "
