The area was very convenient for everything. The reception guy was very helpful and accommodating. The problem I’ve got was the room was too warm, I’ve asked to cool it down to 19C but it never cooled down, so I need to open the windows so air can come in. I’ve used a cup for a coffee came back in the evening still unwashed. In other hotels I’ve been there’s disposable sleeper, I think they also need to provide that and the coffee should be replaced everyday not only when you arrived, not because you can’t afford to buy it but sometimes in the middle of the night when you want to have something to drink.

The breakfast was really nice. The staff were very attentive right when we walked in. The rooms are pretty spacious, but the showers are very very small. The walls are also very thin. You can hear the other guests at all times. Thankfully, they do have an elevator, but you can only fit two people in at a time. It is a little different in comparison to the types of elevators people are normally used to. Overall, it is in a great location, very central to the train station, which can get you anywhere. Not bad, but a little pricey, for what it is.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The single rooms were well equipped and clean. The ensuite bathroom was spotless, however if you are a large person the shower cubicle would be a little on the small side! The continental breakfast had many choices, including a delicious berried cheesecake. My only criticism would be that there was not any milk left out to put on cereals. The location is excellent if you are arriving in Milan by train as it is only a short walk from Milano Centrale and the Metro.

It was a nice stay: Rooms are small but clean, air conditioning worked perfectly and the best part of stay was breakfast. Svetlana always made us feel so welcomed with smile and very good coffee. Staff in the hotel was very professional and friendly: receptionists, housekeeping and administrator Igor. Location is good if you want to take a bus from and to airport.
