"Extremely happy with our stay! Perfect size place for a girls weekend. I cannot believe that we were right across the street from the beach and there was a restaurant right next-door. We had everything we needed plenty of beach chairs. The apartment was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again we were able to meet the owner and she was very sweet"

We absolutely love that area of Milford for both beach / walking trail access and great proximity to multiple things - food/restaurants, stores, activities. Its removed and quiet yet close to anything you may need. Property owners wonderful in accommodation, courtesy and responsiveness to inquiries. We will look to this location again for future visits! "So in Room 219, we had: * Black mold beneath the soap dish * Hinges with the screws coming out so the door wouldn't shut unless we leaned on it * A broken window with caulk holding the pieces together * A crack in the shower wall that you could almost poke your finger through It's not the worst place I've stayed in, but these are pretty easy fixes to make and nobody clearly had bothered"

"The hotel was great, breakfast was delicious with a lot of options especially if traveling with kids. Friendly staff and parking was convenient. The room was decent, few red stains on the carpet and sofa bed was stained and found soda bottles once the sofa was open. Traffic from the nearby highway could be heard in the room at night. Overall it was a decent hotel for a quick getaway."
