The hotel is very close to SFO and has a free shuttle. We stayed one night so we could quickly get to the airport the following morning. You could hear the airplanes take off, but it wasn't so bad that we couldn't fall asleep after a long day of adventures. Quite new hotel conveniently located at the Marina Food Market with a lot Asian restaurants and shops. Coffee and tea are available all day, with relatively good free breakfast.

Their guest service is a 20/10. I called earlier in the week to ask about arriving early and parking. They were gracious and accommodating, saying we could check into our room if it was ready when we arrived. On arrival, the doorman (shamefully I didn’t get his name) was welcoming, friendly and efficient. Close to SFO for an overnight stay after a long flight home. They allow late check in but the shuttle service ended too early for us to be able to use so we had to pay for a rideshare service. The woman at reception was very friendly when we checked in and our room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. They serve a small but serviceable breakfast in the morning, which was nice since we still had a long drive home. Definitely recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

I've stayed at this property multiple times. It is a great property for an airport location hotel. The entire staff is very helpful from security/bellmen up to speaking with a manager, if necessary. The rooms are very clean and despite being near the airport, it's very quiet. We ate at the Skyview Lounge all 3 nights and had drinks while watching local sports. This was a great stay for a great price. Love the simple decor and it was spacious. The shuttle was also a great perk!

Pleased with this hotel. Very clean, but thin ceilings, floors and walls. I heard all walking above me and i could hear the water from toilets flushing and showers. I could clearly hear everyone coming out of the elevator. Needed earplugs to sleep.
