"Spa is great, but bear in mind that it's not included into ones stay at the hotel. You'll need to call the spa reception and book it separately, and tell your bank details by phone. Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood "

"Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Breakfast was lovely. Every looked freshly cooked and not busy so could serve ourselves quickly. Well run hotel would stay again "

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Good breakfast and lovely spa facilities. The staff are all very friendly are helpful. Note: There are no parking facilities unless you want to pay £30 for valet off site parking. "
